One system for many vehicles

Fleet lettering with a reproducible brand system

A fleet requires more than the same graphic at different sizes. HOTIM develops rules that keep your brand consistent across models and body shapes.

Design logic instead of isolated artwork

Defined anchor points, minimum sizes and variants keep the brand recognisable across cars, vans and other confirmed vehicle types.

  • Brand adaptation
  • Model variants
  • Documented approval versions
  • Reproducible graphic files

Rollout with separated responsibilities

HOTIM coordinates graphic approvals. The executing contractor confirms the schedule, technical inspections, production runs and installation capacity.

One business, two body styles: estate car and panel van

Fictional fleet example: a bicycle repair service uses an estate car for customer visits and a closed panel van for repairs. The logo, brand colour, service wording and website address stay the same. Their positions follow each vehicle’s bodywork.

ElementEstate carPanel van
LogoPlace it on the metal of a front door, clear of the handle and window edge.Use the same logo on the front door; reserve the larger area behind it for the service.
ServiceOne short line on the door metal; avoid adding a tiny second line that runs into the glass.Use larger lettering on one side panel. Check the version with the sliding door open.
WebsiteUse the available metal on the tailgate, keeping the handle and wiper in view.Keep the address on one rear door so the seam does not split a word. Approve a separate rear view for each vehicle.
NEXT STEP

Clarify the project first. Then commission each responsibility properly.

Your enquiry is non-binding. HOTIM and the specialist contractor appointed later remain legally separate providers with separate quotations, contracts and invoices.
