Two contracts
Consulting, graphic concept, design and agreed coordination are commissioned from HOTIM. Technical inspection, production and installation are commissioned separately from the fully identified contractor.
Who does what?
Transparent collaboration with clearly identified contractual partners
HOTIM develops the advertising and design concept and coordinates organisational communication. Technical inspection, production preparation, manufacturing and installation are handled by the separately commissioned contractor.
Two quotations and invoices
Each provider describes, prices and invoices only its own area of work. Payment goes directly to the relevant contractual party.
Separate responsibility
HOTIM is responsible for the agreed design work. Technical feasibility, materials, production, installation, removal, vehicle damage and trade defects rest with the contractor under law and its separate contract.

Under the intended model, HOTIM does not accept orders or payments in its own name for manufacturing or installation.
