Vans offer ample advertising space but also sliding doors, creases, handles and different viewing angles. HOTIM develops a clear information hierarchy for daily use.

Describe the van for the design

Specify wheelbase, roof height, windows and sliding doors, and your main service. Photos with doors open and closed help identify interrupted lettering and hidden contact details early. Plan separate views for different body variants.

Decide which information should be read first on the side and rear.
Agree which variants, revision rounds and graphic files the quote includes. Measurements and technical production approval remain the executing contractor’s responsibility.

Logo, core message and contact route are prioritised so the vehicle remains understandable both on site and in moving traffic.

Exact dimensions, body variant, surface and film divisions are checked on the actual vehicle by the contractor. Renderings do not replace measurements.

Three zones on a Sprinter panel van

Illustrative layout: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter panel van with a solid right-hand sliding door and two rear doors. A glazed passenger version or a different wheelbase requires a separate view.

Front door: put the logo here so it remains recognisable as one unit while the sliding door is open during a job.
Sliding door: keep one short service line on a single door panel. Compare photos with the door open and shut to see what a customer beside the parked van will see.
Rear: keep a short website address on one door, clear of the centre seam. Leave the handle, lights and number plate out of the artwork.
HOTIM agrees the visual layout with you. Before production, the installation specialist checks dimensions, areas occupied by fittings and installation feasibility on the actual van.
